Design And Implementation Of Bank Cash Management System Based On Host-To-Host Interface

The trend of modern enterprise is becoming collectivized and international.There asset size have been growing hugely. Financial management has become increasingly complex. For large enterprises, to improve the level of cash management and reduce financial cost, is now the key point to face. Therefore, enterprises generally require banks to provide cash management services of high quality. At the perspective of bank, as the gradual marketization of interest rate, profit gained from interest will be gradually narrowed. The competition of cash management between each big banks will determine their future development.At present, in addition to several large banks occupy a large market share by their own advantages, the majority of small and medium-sized joint-stock banks did not start in the cash management field. In this paper, we make a research on joint-stock commercial banks' actual demand and on enterprise capital management needs. Then we design and implementation of a cash management system. The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1. Based on the requirement of Guizhou Bank cash management system, we analyze the functional requirements of the system. And study on the skill of Java Web development, security protocol, database, digital signature, optimization engine kits and other related technologies. Then we do some work on enterprise financial model,divise the system into several function modules, including account management, cash payment, separately allocated, financing, asset optimiztion module function.2. According to the system requirement document, we put forward a distributed software architecture. We show the softwere disign by the way of architecture diagram, deployment diagram, logic block diagram and data table.3. According to cash management system detail design, we firstly package the basic software service. On the basis of that, we implement the function of account management, cash payment, separately allocated, financing, asset optimization module function. Then show the key part of the implementation method and results.4. Docking interface of serveral banks is a complicated work, in the view of this situation, we proposes the concept of a unified message platform. The platform will manage USBKey from a number of banks. It defines a set of standard message system,supportting the conversion of message between banks. Besides, this platform can alsoprovide services for the-party systems on message service, which has important practical significance.
