Now large coal mine coal mining activity,basically achieved automation hydraulic support sensor as an important part of electro-hydraulic control system,in which plays an important role,but the conditions of fully mechanized working face,hydraulic support sensor number and are wired sensors,cause the wiring connection is difficult,complex wiring,often break accident caused by the transmission line extrusion,Therefore,the development of sensor network with wireless transmission function has important practical significance for improving the reliability and safety of the voltage control system of hydraulic support.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the wireless sensor scheme,sensor characteristics,sensor network and sensor fault of the electro-hydraulic control system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Comparing the research status of wireless sensor network of hydraulic support at home and abroad,combined with the distribution characteristics of sensor of underground hydraulic support,the overall design scheme of wireless sensor network of hydraulic support is formulated,and a wireless sensor network system of hydraulic support suitable for underground coal mine is developed.The system includes wireless sensor,wireless transceiver,bracket controller and wireless network monitoring platform.Its functions include wireless sensor data acquisition and transmission function,wireless transceiver data transmission function,bracket controller receiving and displaying data function,wireless sensor network monitoring platform display and setting function.(2)According to the overall design scheme of wireless sensor network for hydraulic support,the hardware circuit and software program of wireless sensor,wireless transceiver and support controller are designed.Hardware circuit includes wireless sensor signal acquisition and processing circuit,wireless communication circuit and lithium battery management circuit;The wireless communication circuit of the wireless transceiver and its lithium battery management circuit;Wireless communication circuit of bracket controller.The software program includes wireless sensor data acquisition and processing program,wireless transceiver data transmission program,lithium battery management program,bracket controller receiving and displaying program.A wireless sensor network monitoring platform is designed,which has the functions of displaying sensor data,lithium battery power,network fault,setting network parameters and so on.According to the underground working environment,the sensor,wireless transceiver and the antenna part of the support controller are designed.(3)According to the chain distribution structure of the wireless sensor network of the underground hydraulic support,a clustering LEACH-DFD node fault diagnosis algorithm suitable for the wireless sensor network of the hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face is studied,which solves the problems of large redundancy,high energy consumption and low accuracy of the traditional distributed fault diagnosis algorithm.The improved clustering LEach-DFD node fault diagnosis algorithm can monitor the communication status between nodes in real time,accurately and online.The simulation experiment proves that the improved algorithm significantly reduces the node redundancy calculation and energy consumption,and improves the fault diagnosis accuracy of wireless sensor network.(4)based on the laboratory unattended face electro-hydraulic control system,hydraulic support wireless sensor network experiment platform is constructed,the wireless sensor data collection and transmission,wireless transceiver to transmit data,support controller receiving and display function,data display and set the function of wireless sensor network monitoring platform debugging test.The test results show that the design of the system and the establishment of the network meet the requirements of stable operation,sensitive operation,reliable communication and low power consumption of the wireless sensor.The wireless sensor,wireless transceiver and support controller developed can complete the data collection and display of the hydraulic support sensor.The wireless sensor network monitoring platform can display sensor data,lithium battery power,and network faults,and can modify the parameters of the wireless sensor network according to downhole requirements.
