Design And Implementation Of Service Management System In E-government Network Management Center

Tianjin e-government network management center has a large business connection with network management centers at the county level. At th e same time, it also must maintain a large number of equipments and application systems. However, in the face of such a lar ge quantity of tasks, the work mode of the center is m anual. The communication of network m anagement centers at all levels is not good. The business processes of them are mainly by using paper. According to the above problems, building the network m anagement center business m anagement system by using com puter technology to realize electronic business management process is extremely important.In this thesis, the main research content is how to implement business management the working flow of full information processing which for e-governm ent network management center of T ianjin. Main contents include:(1) how to carry on the re lated business application through the system management;(2) how to through the system of e-government network m anagement center of operation m aintenance business management;(3) how to carry out basic inform ation management system. This paper selected topic background, rela ted research status at home and abroad, syste m requirement analysis, system design and sy stem implementation and testing point of view, such as technology, the system adopts B/S architecture, MY SQL database, tomcat application server, JSP technology development. The main point of the research work includes:(1) Designed and implemented e-government network management center business management system, including system management, business application management, operations, business management and asset management, and other modules.(2) Realized the efficient management of business data and real-tim e information sharing, to solve the traditional manual paper work flow procedure complex, transfer at a slow pace and sharing of inform ation, improve the efficiency of management at the same time, also realized the sharing of information resources.(3) System has been set up in the network m anagement center business management system operational knowledge base m odule, the personnel on duty can help system convenient access to a variety of system maintenance manual, equipment failure and process ing the inform ation such as history, can accurate positioning of e-government network m alfunction, repair and troubleshooting of e-governm ent network efficiency.At present, the research design of e-government network m anagement center business management system has been successfully implemented, and has carried on the detailed test validation. Function test and performance test results show that the system fully meets the requirements of all user expectations, com plete implementation of all functions, but also meet the initial requirements of various perform ance indicators. To sum up, this system realizes the network m anagement center internal of electronic business, can significantly im prove the coordination of various departm ents of unity, enhance the network m anagement center busin ess processing efficiency, at the same time for all kinds of information to achieve complete statistics.
