As a result the problem of system security controlling is solved.The software not only meets the demands of business and public, but also accelerates and promotes the development of e-government. Nowadays government administration staff has made full use of both inner and outer network information flow in administration system of this district, to share information and deal with the objects over time and space. As a result the administration became more normative, open and able to offer better services. In addition, it can improve local district investment environment and supplied better condition for administration chart, work pattern and higher government work efficiency.
