Enterprises are facing the problem of how to exchange business data between information systems. With years of construction, China Telecommunications of Guangdong has established dozens effectively systems to support ERP management. With the business development and interrelated, collaboration between the systems increase ceaselessly, requires more and more data exchange、business interaction、interface call、function integration. But the systems were construction at different period,lead to the formation of isolated islands of information between systems. Guangdong Telecommunications data center focuses on ERP domain data. With the current mainstream technology of data integration and sharing technology, establish data integration and sharing platform. Through integration and sharing ERP domain data, creating business data service quicky, enhance the integrative between information systems. Strengthen the standard data control flow, Optimize data quality of the ERP domain systems.In this thesis, according to the actual demand in Guandong Telecommunications data center.Using the mainstream approach to data integration, enterpise service bus, design and implement the Guangdong Telecommunications data center. Actual results show that the system meets the actual business needs basically, what’s more, it provides interface to subsidiary companies. The specific function of the system are analyzed and summarized, the system is designed to include a total of six main modules: data integration engine, data service center, monitor alarm server, data control manage and service control manager.This paper mainly achieved the following tasks:1) Analyze the situation of foreigners on the domestic and international management system, according to the business management needs, analysis the meaning of the implementation of the data center.2) Analysis the model and framework technologies used in the Guangdong Telecommunications data center, which include data integration technology, MVC model, enterprise service bus, service security gateway, J2 EE framework and database of JDBC.3) Functional requirements analysis on the key modules of the data center for Guangdong Telecommunications, construction of three-layer structure of the system, and finaly the key system function modules have been designed.4) Construct a data integration framework to achieve real-time data / quasi-real time data acquisition needs,provide a rich data resource for data service。5) Construct a data service platform, implement service registration, secrity and monitor manager.6) Designed the system database E-R diagram and physical table structure, realized the system through Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework.7) Analysis of the effects of system application, pointed out the system deficiencies and predicted the further improvement of the system.
