Network Centric Warfare is not only innovative but also disruptive operational theory of combat, highly networked, shared situational, coordinated operations, optimize the allocation and other features make the network-centric warfare become a new trend in future wars. The satellite navigation system is no longer a dominant United States, the future evolution of the battlefield and efficient operational efficiency precision satellite navigation system needs to provide navigation information. Comprehensive view on the future battlefield, the new network-centric warfare style combat during the satellite navigation system can play a big performance will be a key issue.Evaluate the performance of satellite navigation system is a measure of the performance criteria to assess overall assessment method will shift from a single-stage complex system assesses the qualitative and quantitative results are no longer consider the use of external factors, environmental factors and conclusions, introduced the concept of rough fuzzy theory is to consider the complex nature of satellite navigation systems, optimization assessment of satellite navigation systems. This article is the basis of network-centric warfare in order to combat this new research on the theory of antagonistic satellite navigation system to address changes in the future battlefield satellite navigation system navigation performance under circumstances so offensive to the battlefield command layer provides decision-making information. Mainly from the following six aspects studied were:(1) analysis of network-centric warfare, the advantage of the characteristics and difficulties, such as the principles of conceptual issues, from a theoretical basis to provide the basis for the technology; also proposed to build a network of existing network-centric warfare UDP protocols, real-time battlefield information broadcast delivery of high secrecy network-centric warfare simulation technology base;(2) assessment of the introduction of satellite navigation systems to improve draw, combined with the complexity of satellite navigation state, covering a wide area, external factors and more features such as the introduction of rough fuzzy theory to the classification of the satellite navigation system performance indicators in fuzzy on the basis of quantitative indicators on the basis of quantitative indicators of level indicators weights, to take non-fixed weights algorithm to calculate the performance of satellite navigation systems of offensive and defensive measures in order to achieve the impact of the system under different circumstances;(3) According to the prototype global satellite navigation system, satellite navigation systems take the form of simulation modeling phases to simplify the complexity of satellite navigation systems; take physical form in the half- built satellite constellation model precise ephemeris and navigation through the analog signal generator simulate actual navigation satellite in orbit to complete the simulation results;(4) starting from the battlefield require navigation satellite coverage area divided into a grid to establish different levels of performance and global area, location area to establish performance of the concept, a satellite navigation system against theater significance;(5) Based on Network Centric Warfare simulation platform software, respectively, in the control center for simulation and control node, through the platform to reach the battlefield situation information sharing and timely feedback performance evaluation of satellite navigation systems;(6) Comparison of the position of the simulation under different circumstances, the error rate was calculated to assess the performance of the target area location capability and navigation systems for analysis.
