It began more and more difficult for combat training and military exercises because of the feature such an totalization,informationize and informationize.By using Distributed Interactive Simulation-based technology to build the air warfare simulation system to replace traditional training methods of combat, system can reduce the difficulty of implementation and training costs.Hereby, this paper build Air Combat Simulation System including fighter,jammer,sout and EWR aircraft based on HLA distributed simulation protocol.On this basis,this paper gave the Operational effectiveness evaluation model by Fuzzy AHP.In this paper, the mathematical model of fighter,jammer,sout and EWR aircraft was setted up first.For fighter, the mathematical model of radar and alarm module, flight and control module and fire control and weapons module was researched;For jammer,active noise jamming,active deception jamming and passive jamming was emphasized.For sout,the capability of frequency measurement,location and direction was disscussed.For EWR,the modules of early warning radar,battlefield surveillance and guide was analyzed.The distributed simulation framework of the air combat system was built according to the HLA .The infomation interaction model and three kind of distributed air combat architecture was analyzed.Then time management strategies and real-time corrective method was studied.Operational Effectiveness Evaluation was difficult for current air combat training.Based on the success of the construction of simulation system,an evaluation model by AHP was raised,a mothod of calculating evaluation matrix and indicators was derived.Then, a numerical example was given after the analyzes of the comprehensive evaluation model.Finally, this paper studied the framework implementation methods such as system object model,Simulation thread structure and operational process.In addition,the software and hardware architecture of the system was designed.At last,some results of a air combat simulation system was given,according to the results,it can conclude that air combat simulation system meet the requirements of the Combat simulation training,and it also have good real-time performance and scalability.
