Design Nd Implementation Of Residents' Health Records Management Information System Base On SaaS

Resident health record is a key part of national health informatics construction. But the Medical Management informatization of basic-level medical service still develops slowly. The main reason is that the informatization threshold is too high: large investment in software and hardware, a lack in operation and maintenance personnel. The new SaaS software services is mainly operated by hiring the use right. The aim is to reduce the IT costs and necessary work. The SaaS software developers use the one-to-many delivery model, which means several users share a set of software. The new services model can make software services head for standardization. It can also make instant response for software problems and developing requirements. Besides that, this kind of model largely reduces the burden of companies in software purchasing, construction, maintenance and process management.This paper is based on the development of management system of resident health record. It follows the guidance of Object-oriented methodology. Combining Object-oriented modeling theory with relevant theories of design pattern, it discusses the software architecture design of management system of resident health record under SaaS model. Combining the features of management system of resident health record, this paper also analyses and designs a SaaS model which is appropriate for the management system of resident health record.Firstly, it introduces the meaning, services features and developing trend of SaaS model. Combining the features of resident health record management, it analyses the advantages of SaaS model in management of resident health record. And then it analyses the application framework of SaaS model. It makes an explanation on Maturity Model of SaaS model software, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various models. It designs a framework of management system of resident health record which is run by SaaS model.Secondly, this paper introduces the theories of system modeling and design pattern. The focus is on the Object-oriented modeling theory going through the whole designing process, and the MVC modeling theory used during the realization process. Besides that, it also introduces the technology and framework used during the system development process; tools used during the modeling process; and related theoretical basis. Finally, this paper mainly analyzes and designs the management system platform of resident health record running by SaaS model, It carefully introduces the business analysis model, domain analysis model and the design of domain model. Based on the features of SaaS model, it emphasizes the designing of multi-user database. Taking the management system of hypertension as the example, based on the theories supporting, it provides partial implementation of management system of resident health record running by SaaS model.
