The Design And Implementation Of The Production Management System Of Mobile Phone Chip Manufacturing Enterprises Based On.NET

Developing the informatization construction in the production and manufacturingenterprises is the important mean to abtain the dominant position in the marketcompetition, through applying the information technology to procurement, production,processing, sales and other links, so as to improve the efficiency of enterpriseproduction, aim to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise itself. The thesis isaiming at the actual production management business for the mobile phone chipsmanufacturing enterprise, the author explores the application of information technologyin the production management link, in order to design and develop a suitable productionmanagement system for the mobile phone chips manufacturing enterprise.The author introduces the design and implementaion process of the productionmanagement system, firstly the research situation at home and abroad and thetechnology are introduced; And then the author descriptes the system demand, based onuser’s requirements, the author gives the system scheme of the outline design anddetailed design, and the system implementation process is dicussed deeply, among them,the author probes into the production planning management and production operationmanagement module; Finally, the test scheme of the system is introduced. Theproduction management system discussed in the thesis adopts the current popularASP.NET technology, the database is chosed by Microsoft SQL Server2005, thesystem structure is adopted by the three-layer architecture. The System mainly includesthe function modules of production planning management and production operationsmanagement, between them, the production planning management achieves theautomatically setting optimal purchasing plan and production plan according to the salesorders, inventory; Production operation management module realizes the gettingmaterials management, rejecting materials management, warehousing inspection,material scrap management, etc. The above function modules are all tested by thefunctional testing and performance testing, that ensures the correctness of eachfunctional module. Compared the enterprise production management system to other mobile phonechip manufacturing enterprise’s production management system, it mainly has twoadvantages, in terms of function, through the inventory information and salesinformation, the system can draw up production plans automatically, therefore,production planning is more scientific, and it also can effectively reduce the productioncost; In terms of technology, the system uses a multi-layer architecture, by theseparation between pages and codes, the coupling between modules is reduced, and itcan enhance the extensibility and function flexibility of the system.
