In order to improve current managing situation, this essay will discuss using techniques such as Asp+Access, JavaScript and Dream weaver MX2004 in the Educational Administration Management System to realize the following four functions: Management of Hardware(e.g. teachers, labs, computer rooms, libraries and multimedia) which helps to integrate and utilize sorts of school facilities reasonably; Management of Software(e.g. faculty, teaching model and feedback) which will enhance the team building and teaching style; Administration of Students(e.g. basic information and transcript) which helps to master their procedures and strengthen their education, by which they can obtain an overall development; Supervision of teaching quality(e.g. course setting and assessment of teaching) which provide our society qualified professionals. To achieve all above functions, it is high time to promote an improved Educational Administration Management System which will enable the assembly of current hardware and software and ensure the successful proceeding of daily teaching, in the meantime, better courses setting as well as administrations is also required. The new Educational Administration Management System, which is developed in line with enrollment and real procedure in Nanjing Institute Of Mechatronic Technology, will mainly help to build a networking platform for teaching and admin management integrated with a wide range of functions as teaching plan, enrollment admin, credit, grading, practicing, management and evaluation of teachers, examination and graduation projects. In this case, it will be suitable for modern administration of educational system and enable the information of educational administration to be more effective, systematic and scientific in enrollment, teaching and management, etc.
