Integrated Educational Administration System Based On XML Database

There are many kinds of educational management methods in Colleges and universities. Problems should be solved in the educational administration management have two main aspects:meticulous menial tasks, such as curriculum schedule, student enrollment, student test scores management; the second is requires a lot of management of the branch, these branches constitute the material is not only structured, but also in a semi-structured and unstructured documents. In order to solve these tasks, many teachers try to study the educational administration system based on various database. But these systems mainly solve the first problem, but there is no clear solution to the second problem.In this paper, the XML database technology and the data transmission and transformation of the intermediate layer server, the integrated management of educational information system is realized.The subject takes the open source and cross platform of the software is not subject to the operating system constraints, and selects the database of XML primary database to store the data. First of all in the Net platform out operation in the windows operating system comprehensive educational administration information system using the middle tier server transmission and reception function can achieve conversion between database and XML document storage, through XML cross platform can realize the data transfer, provide data migration pathway for software applications, database changes.The significance of the project is to try to implement this software, and explore a solution to the cross platform from theory. So as to play the superiority of XML database in the practice of educational administration system.
