Design And Implementation Of Vocational College Educational Administration System Based On Cloud Services

With the rapid spread and development of computer network technology worldwide,the informatization construction of domestic universities' educational administration management system have been transferred from stand-lone version and LAN version to online version.Therefore,the development and application of educational administration management system that is based on cloud services becomes new research project and urgent requirement for accomplishing universities ' educational administration work nowadays.Since into the 21 st century,all categories of education,including higher vocational education,showed a trend of rapid development.However,as to the informatization construction,compared with common universities,pretty big differences are still existed in higher vocational colleges.For example,in some higher vocational colleges,not all educational administration aspects are administrated via computer information technology.Or some colleges' educational administration management systems are developed on the LAN services.Therefore,it is vital to promote informatization management level of higher vocational colleges on the grounds of constructing an open,secure,efficient and real-time network integrated management platform which caters to higher vocational colleges ' educational administration management systems.Combined with educational management work realities in higher vocational college,considered practical needs for higher vocational college ' s educational administration management system and based on development theories and procedures of software engineering,this paper adopts most popular SQL Server 2008 database development technology worldwide to make the demand analysis,summary design,detailed design and achievement on higher vocational colleges ' educational administration management system and construct a new system based on cloud services.The said system includes these modules: students management,teachers management,curriculum management,score management,resources management and administrator system maintain.These modules are six main subsystems setting for teachers,students and administrators,which can be the basis for constructing an efficient,reliable and intelligent data platform and meets the needs of design and achievement of educational administration management system based on cloud services.In this paper,on the process of designing and achieving the said system,the security of system hardware and software is fully considered.And the administrator and users ‘habits is fully considered when design the interface.Moreover,the simpleness and specification of operation is fully considered as well.In addition,the system is easily expanded.It guarantees the operation feasibility of educational administrative management system based on cloud services.
