The Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration Management System Software Based On SSH Technology

The traditional manual educational administration management requires a lot of labor work, which increases workload of the faculty and opportunities of making errors. With the constant development of computer and the Internet, the conventional manual method is no longer adapted to modern social development. Under the background of the educational reform in China as well as the expansion of enrollment and the promotion of our college, there is more and more work to be done by the educational administration staffs. Therefore, it is highly necessary to use computers to ease the burden for the administration management faculties.The design and development of the educational administration management system are important means of making the educational administration work easier in our college. The implementation of educational administration management system in our college helps administration staffs to finish all the administration work, such as student management, curriculum management and teacher management, in a more efficient and effective way. This system totally meets the requirements of modern education and reduces the intensity of educational administration management in our college.This paper explains how the educational administration management system (software) is designed, developed and implemented in our college through analyzing the characteristics and workflow, current situation of our college’s administration work. Its design, development and implementation also depend upon the consultation of tremendous amount of programming techniques and relative materials. The educational administration system of our college, which uses Java as its programming language and SQL Server as its background database, is based on SSH Technology.
