Telecommunication Enterprise Business Process Re-engineering Based On ERP

In the era of rapid development of economic globalization, variety forms of competition intensify, most kinds of domestic enterprises are facing more and more intensive pressure. Based on this kind of situation, it is very meaningful for our enterprise to re-engineer and promote the as-is business process and to re-design application and popularize to-be business process. The introduction of information technology construction is one of the most well-known and effective methods.With years of information technology development and construction, ERP systems have integrated business intelligence, supply chain management(SCM) and customer relationship management(CRM) and other products as a whole, which heavily impact information management of domestic enterprises. Domestic enterprises need to develop information technology operating mode instead of adopting the traditional manual work, thus seeking more rapid and efficient development method is imperative. China telecommunications industry should turn into a more integrated information service provider instead of traditional fixed-line operators. In this process of change, how to achieve in-depth analysis for critical business and operation decisions based on quick and accurate information system, how to integrate business data with financial data in real time are still a problem in the telecommunications industry.Based on the Telecommunication enterprise as-is business process, this thesis is to re-build the sales-related core processes systematically, by making good use of advanced information technology, to design, optimize and improve their processes. Thereby, it helps to improve management and performance level for telecommunication enterprise. This thesis will illustrate the processes of as-is business investigation, system analysis and design, system implementation, testing and maintenance.Based on ERP knowledge, the whole content will aim at the actual sale operation business process of telecommunication industry; make detailed analysis of the key problem of the old business processes, and then conclude the ERP technical solution for that. With Billing account PC + BSS Billing Search system + SAP ERP interface structures, it achieves data interaction and integration between the BSS system and SAP financial system. This thesis provides the key technology and realization method of the critical part and core module. Then, through development and deployment of the system, on-site verification FBI and user testing, it successfully demonstrates the feasibility of the transformation program, to achieve a linkage analysis of telecommunications BSS and SAP financial systems and CO-PA profitability analysis. At last, it concludes and summarizes the possibility of promoting the solution in other Telecom enterprises or other different fields, and then makes expectation of further development.
