Design And Implementation Of Construction Engineering Design Project Management System

Project management is complex system engineering, and effective management of the project is to promote the continuous development of enterprise key factor. With the number of projects increasing year by year, how to scientific, efficient and rational manage these projects become the current business problems. IT and project management for the perfect combination since played a huge role, get management’s attention, the realization of the project management of information technology and automation changes in order to further enhance the level and effectiveness of project management.The research topic of this paper is based on the management of the architectural engineering design project of Sichuan City Architectural Design & Research Institute, integrated project management processes, based on the integrated management of the project work done by information technology exploratory and research work. Paper using object-oriented software development technology on the system to do a comprehensive analysis and Lee UML modeling tool for modeling the system, and finally with B / S three-tier model was designed and implemented an integrated management system of architectural engineering design project.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the project management, discusses the development status and existing problems at home and abroad, and puts forward the content of the project management system. Secondly, it analyzes the related technologies used in the system development, including: J2 EE technology and B/S three tier architecture. Thirdly, it finishes the construction project design project management research work, and on this basis puts forward the system’s demand, analysis the system’s users, functions and business processes. Fourthly, it designs the construction engineering project management system, according to the demand analysis according to the software engineering implementation method of building engineering design and project management system. On the basis of overall it completed the detailed design. This thesis will initially be system modules are divided into basic system management, project management, project file management, project schedule management, package management, system management module, and analyzes some of the business process. In the end, some functions of the construction project management system are realized. According to the design of the system, the realization of the main function of the system, and the system application effect is analyzed objectively.
