Design And Research Of The Medical Information System Based On HL7

With the high development of information technology, medical information system is the direction of the development of internet. But originally created the medical information system, the hospital is in accordance with the requirements, the development of its own independent system, not a fixed standard process and the interface between each other, the results will enable the information exchange between systems don’t mix. Therefore the medical information system can realize the interconnection, is the key to solve the problem of.At present, in the medical and health system, there is no any standard to follow, and in the international HL7 standard, is the information in a more extensive application of electronic medical exchange standard. HL7 uses the standard format compatible with the design problem of different manufacturers, it can realize the data exchange between different medical systems, thereby reducing system interconnection cost, and improve the degree of sharing of information between the various hospital systems.In this paper, based on the integration of heterogeneous data in HIS system and medical insurance information system as the starting point, the system analysis of the HL7 protocol, to construct the HL7 information using the XML expression, and to explore the Mirth and application in detail. Create a FTP server in the Mirth channel, and developed a middleware model based on HL7, construction, analysis and transmission so as to realize the information between heterogeneous systems, realize the sharing of information between systems.
