With the change of temperature, the body will continue to change body internal environment such as blood pressure, heart rate and so on, in order to coordinate the body in balance. Many studies confirm that climate change is a very important factor in affecting changes in blood pressure. Based on the temperature effect on blood pressure prediction have great significance in improving the standard of health, maintain the stability of body internal environment, reduce the incidence of diseases.Firstly, this thesis analyze the requirement of the data analyses and predicted system which is based on the temperature effect on blood pressure, then carried on the detailed design for the system, including software architecture, systems processes, function module, database and system predicted algorithm and so on. In the end, utilizing the related compute technology to accomplish the realize of system. The main content about the system has two parts: one is to finish the analysis of the system and function design on the basis of the collected actual data, take multivariate statistical analyses to assess and provide forecasting platform, to provide decision support.Another part is about the design and implementation of prediction algorithm, this thesis uses the BP neural network as forecasting model to forecast the blood pressure, and build the structure of model according to the results of the statistical analysis, generate prediction model and using the model to forecast in the system.This practice proved this system can not only statistical analyze the data related to the temperature and blood pressure quickly, and displayed by the form of a graphical, which improve the working efficiency, but also the system BP network model better to achieve the blood pressure prediction. At the same time, in order to make up for the lack of MATLAB on the man-machine interactive performa nce, built the application progra m interface between MATLAB and VC. Combining the flexible and strong programming ability of VC and powerful scientific computing ability of MATLAB is used to provide an important tool to make fast decision.
