Blood pressure is an important indicator reflecting cardiovascular function, which is impotant in disease diagnosis and viewing therapy result and prognosis judgement. Blood pressure mearsurement method classify immediate measurement method and mediate measurement method, immediate measurement method is most accurate and is considered as a golded standard, but it is higher in technical demand and is invasive,so it is only suitable in heavy patient. Noninvasive measurement method is simple and convenient and easily implement, so it is widely used in clinical application. Noninvasive measurement method classify intermittent measurement and continuous measurement method, intermittent measurement method only measure one moment blood pressure, whereas continuous measurement method measures blood pressure many times in short period and provide mostly sufficient basis in regard to the need of healthy guardianship, the article analogs traditional Chinese medical science sphygmopalpation principle and detects dynamic pulse images, above this which structures a system of multi-information collected synchronously and proposes an method of measuring arterial continuous blood pressure.The main content of article includes:1). Simulating traditional Chinese medical science sphygmopalpation principle, we set up a system of multi-information which consists of dynamic pulse images and sphygmopalpation pressure and probe head internal pressure and Oscillographic method blood pressure value collected synchronously. Based on this system design data acquisition experiment and acquire data of different periods one day of a subject.2). Process acquired multi-information data and set up a characteristic parameter vector which predicts blood pressure value.3). Design BP nervous network, utilize residual one method which predict blood pressure value and analyze errors of predicted blood pressure value.Through BP nervous network predicting blood pressure value and analyzing errors of predicted blood pressure value, we conclude that average deviation and standard deviation of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure reach standard of (5±8mmHg) which America Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation suggest, so provide a new implementation method for measuring arterial continuous blood pressure.
