Blood pressure is an important parameter reflecting cardiac and vascular function,and hypertensive patients are often required to get to or from hospital for diagnosis and hospitalization because of blood pressure fluctuations.At present,most families do not have a scientific monitoring and record of blood pressure.Cuffed electronic sphygmomanometer is widely used in the family,however,there are some shortcomings: people will feel uncomfortable owing to the long-time measurement where the arm is oppressed by the inflated cuffed electronic sphygmomanometer;cuffed electronic sphygmomanometer can merely measure blood pressure over a period of time which cannot reflect the continuous changes in blood pressure;cuffed electronic sphygmomanometer are not able to execute the statistical analysis of blood pressure for a long time,as a result,hypertensive patients do not know whether the blood pressure in reality is at a normal level after treatment.Due to individual differences,hypertensive patients may take medicine in unscientific time and choose inappropriate antihypertensive drugs.In this paper,we designed a set of non-invasive blood pressure continuous monitoring software system based on the Android platform that achieved the function of non-invasive blood pressure continuous monitoring and managing of blood pressure analysis.The users can prevent hypertension or assess the effect of hypertension treatment through managing and monitoring blood pressure at home,which can not only avoid the rush between the hospital and home but also save medical expenses.Considering the relationship between blood pressure and pulse wave,this paper designed a continuous monitoring model of non-invasive blood pressure on the base of pulse wave transit time(PWTT)and pulse wave characteristic value K by analyzing the correlation among PWTT?K and blood pressure.The continuous monitoring model of non-invasive blood pressure overcomes the disadvantages of the single parameter in the monitoring accuracy,introduces the individual parameter correction for different people,and achieves the high precision measurement of diastolic and systolic blood pressure.According to the parameters required by the model,we designed a signal front-end acquisition system to achieve simultaneous acquisition of ECG and pulse signals,and sent ECG and pulse signals to the non-invasive blood pressure continuous monitoring client on mobile phone.There are user information files,real-time measurement of blood pressure,statistical analysis of blood pressure data and health reports in the client.The user information files provide users with long-term information management and the data for blood pressure fluctuation n analysis.The blood pressure monitoring system receives ECG and pulse signals sent by the front-end data acquisition system in real time,reduces the noise signal and identifies the feature points,extracts the characteristic parameters PWTT,K and period T needed by the system to realize the non-invasive measurement of blood pressure.Statistical analysis can not only analyze the data form a single measurement,but also can be applied to the analysis of historical data,which provides users with intuitive trend graphs of the blood pressure and heart rate change and these indicators to evaluate blood pressure: blood pressure at the maximum and the time of the maximum,the standard deviation,the blood pressure coefficient of variation.Health report facilitates the user to understand their own physical information,where the user can determine their health status through the alarm function and the prompts of the normal range of parameters,what's more,users can make adjustments in living habits to prevent hypertension and assess the effect of hypertension treatment.
