Arterial blood pressure is one of important physiological parameters for the evaluation of human cardiovascular function. Blood pressure can change distinctly with physiological cycles, feelings and a variety of internal and external stimulations, Therefore, a single measurement or intermittent measurement comes out differently. Continuous measurement is proved to be more effective than the two measurement mentioned before. For physiological information of the cardiovascular system is contained in the amplitudes and shapes of blood pressure and pulse wave, therefore, the measurement and analysis have a great meaning of the prevention, efficacy observation and prognosis of cardiovascular disease.In this thesis, the pulse image sensor, pressure sensors, data acquisition card MP425and MM-3type of simulated pulse hand are used to construct the simulation platform. It can achieve the simultaneous acquisition and preservation of dynamic pulse images, palpating pressure and blood pressure signal. The simulation platform is used as the blood pressure reference standard in the measurement method research and to predict the continuous blood pressure. Firstly, the pulse wave is extracted by the grid area method. The multi-point pulse wave, blood pressure and palpating pressure signal are reproduced synchronously by a specific method to establish the prediction model of continuous blood pressure. The multiple linear regression and BP neural networks method are the prediction method. Secondly, the characteristic parameters from the pulse wave of the center of pulse beat are used to predict the systolic and diastolic blood pressure by multiple linear regression analysis. Finally, the relationship between blood pressure and pulse wave characteristic parameters are studied and the human blood pressure are evaluated.The results show that the established multi-synchronous blood pressure simulation platform realized the acquisition of dynamic pulse wave image, palpating pressure as well as blood pressure signals. The multi-point pulse wave and blood pressure have good consistency based the simulation platform and body. From the aforementioned results, the proposed method could estimate the blood pressure and also provide a new idea for TCM’s pulse and BP measurement.
