Primary Study Of Linkage Mechanism Between Micro-media And Public Emotion In Environmental Group Events

The environmental group events caused by large-scale chemical projects have become typical phenomenon and been the explosive growth trend, just as happened in Xia men city, Qi dong city, Shi fang city and Kunming city. Compared with other social group events, environmental group events has unique properties in terms of the nature of conflict, the main structure and mobilization methods, but the elaboration supported by the traditional theory of collective action on the currently environmental group events has been increasingly cramped. Especially in the micro-media era which in microblog and WeChat are increasingly popular, and newly generated information dissemination ways became the new factors that influence the change of public attitudes and intensify of belief, so action network built by micro-media and dissemination field with group order formed a unique environment of environmental group events.Through field research of Kunming PX events, we found that environmental group events reflected the microscopic process of social construction which has more expressive interpretation and common meaning. Based on survey data by SPSS analysis, it showed that interaction between micro-media with the public mood played a key role in the construction of fact meaning, which provided internal driving force as a core part of the occurrence of environmental group events: Micro-media became public mood lift system and reshaped community collective identity and emotional type of public lay the basis for action for micro- media mobilization. With the increase of environmental group events in the process of social transformation, the right claims as an opportunity to environmental events increase with a geometric number. In the process of micro-media interaction with the public mood, a public "micro-political psychology" gradually shaped and became typical social psychological symptom. Meanwhile, the impact of micro-political psychology in the in shaping of public everyday political ideas and political participation has been deeper and deeper, and it caused "trust imbalances" between the Local Government and the people that led to "sub politics" which has become new factor of consensus split and continuous occurrence of similar incidents.In a highly media-oriented society, media increasingly become an important system for the exchange of information, construction of cultural and governance of society, on the contrary, gradually social functioning depends on run media deeper and deeper. In another word, the role of the media as a social construct forces has been strengthened. In the space of micro-media communication, "political consensus" based on the dialogue and consultation has great significance on trouble relief, namely it emphasizes the public’s responsibility and social rationality in solving public affairs. This requires micro-media to achieve transformation functions, namely to achieve microscopic public domain. The formation of microscopic public domain is not only beneficial to the normalization of micro-media as communication channels, but also affect the promotion of development of macro-public areas and reestablish the respect for consensus and authority as well as the constructing of modern civil which are emotional and socially responsible.
