In recent years, with the increase of the consumption of vaccine, the demand to monitor the temperature of the vaccine cold chain increase fast. And with the development of cloud computing technology and IOT, the full temperature control of the vaccine cold chain become possible. Currently, the lows on the flow of vaccine are more and more, which bring opportunity to the development of the vaccine cold chain temperature regulated markets.Under the above background, the paper studies the two core issues:The first is that how does the vaccine cold chain throughout the thermostat achieve, namely analysis the building of vaccine cold chain logistics information platform, which focus on the technical level; The second is the study of the business model of the platform, which focus on the services providing and money making. The final choice is to make a case study of Newland platform. The main contents include the following three parts.The first part of the study is the achieving of vaccine cold chain throughout the thermostat, this chapter is analyzed from the technical level. First, from the GPS technology, GPRS technology, RFID technology, cloud computing and SOA architecture technology analyzes the five existing technology base; and then analyze the way to achieve temperature control, the temperature control is by placing the RFID tags into vaccine packaging, and then use the collection terminal for data acquisition, and then communication over the network (GPRS), wireless transmission technologies such as cloud computing to cloud management information platform, through the professional software for data analysis and output, import the vaccine cold chain temperature monitoring service platform; and finally from the technical route,network architecture and functionality of the platform to describe the core functions (temperature achieved) architecture design.The second part is the study of the business model of the vaccine cold chain temperature monitoring networking platform. There are three main problems:first, through the analysis of the construction of the main platform and user objects, it describes the platform of service providers and clients; second is the improving or optimization of the service quality, which mainly base on the product design concept and through the select application of quality house; and finally is the analysis of the development of the platform, which mainly elaborate from the profit model, operating model as well as the promotion of three models, and aim at how to provide the service and profitability problems. Overall, the chapter provides a reference model for the development of such platform.The third part is a case study, which select the Newland networking platform as the object of study, and combine with the above analysis,make a analysis on the development model and service quality, which make a foundation to the development of akin platform, and the development stage of the New World platform are estimated, forecast in2020the platform will enter a stable platform to achieve large-scale profit.
