With the progress of technology and the development of the society,Industrial automation and system integration is higher and higher, This putsforward higher requirements to the real production equipment and system,Especially in the field of the coal industry and coal sales, Due to the most ofmeasurement equipment and systems of original traditional coal productionlines have been unable to meet the needs of the modernization of coal industry,Fast, efficient, safe and precise loading mode has become an important symbolof modernization of coal industry. To speed up the modernization of coalindustry and the original system upgrading and transformation, in addition,promoting efficiency and cost saving on solving the problem in the processcontrol will have a positive impact on improving the survival andcompetitiveness of China’s coal industry.This article mainly studies from the ground part located in the end ofcoal mine production, In accordance with the GaiZhou coal mines andXiangYuan coal mines in ShanXi province as the research background,According to the specific condition and actual requirements of production,From the fall of coal material in the coal storage to loading the sale as a wholeresearch process, Using DCS system structure to realize the decentralizedprocess control, centralized operation monitoring and comprehensivemanagement. System control unit is mainly based on PLC of Omron company’s CP1E series and extension module, BX11-AN weighing controldisplay and industrial control computer. The control object is theelectro-hydraulic valve under the bunker. The Lower machine’s main controlunit is composed by PLC and relay modules. Weighing control display gathersweighing sensor and displacement sensor data, with the combination of thehost computer configuration constituted a fuzzy control system. The hostcomputer will use the Kingview and Matlab combined with DDE Technology,The real-time data dynamic exchange gives corresponding valve control outputto control valve. At the same time, Using the protocols between the instrumentand the host computer realizes a key software automatically calibration. Toachieve real-time video monitoring and on-site voice command the system isequipped with all-weather camera, speaker and wireless amplifier.The design is based on the function of unloading port is optional.That is, the same silo through inclined chute and the flow valve can realizequantitative unloading and belt pulling material’s automatic control andreal-time measurement, It is a new attempt of engineering practice value, withthe aid of the Matlab, we has designed the fuzzy control system which putfuzzy control algorithm into Kingview, It was the highlight of the design thatthe advanced algorithm was applied to the practice of production. In the design,the weighing sensor is connected with a weighing control display, and theweighing control display is connected with PLC control unit and industrycomputer, together constituting the field control system, through the opticalfiber uploading the live footage and monitoring camera to the dispatchbuilding’s master control room making up remote monitoring station. Theremote monitoring station is connected with the financial room by cable, thescene loading data and report are uploaded to the financial room completingprint statements and balance function. PC software assigned tasks according todifferent operator’s permissions within the LAN network connection. Besides, using the internet to realize the WEB publishing and the data sharing indifferent server within the network so that different offices can use internetview the system running state. In addition, System designs a variety ofworking modes, including remote, in situ, manual, semi-automatic, automaticways. Besides, with the advantages of convenient debugging, flexible control,good adaptability, friendly man-machine interface, easy operation andmaintenance, the system improved the production efficiency and the precisionof control making up the deficiency of traditional control.This paper introduces in detail the automatic measurement andcontrol system design scheme, the hardware design scheme, and softwaredesign, Mainly including the corresponding PLC control program, PC softwaredesign, fuzzy control algorithm and the fuzzy controller design, and theanalysis of the system application. The last, the paper gives the prospect of thenext step.
