Design And Research Of Smart Meter Management System

Along with the advance of the construction of the smart grid, the use of the smart meters is becoming more and more popular. So how to use the smart meter in a better and effective way become an important topic for the electric power enterprise.This paper based on the domestic and foreign research of the management system of smart meter. Combining with the development of a local electric power enterprise, it finds out some difficulties in management and request for users. For these, the paper figures out some new ways and ideas to resolve these questions. This paper decides to get a new management system of smart meter. This system uses Java as programming language, Struts1, Spring, hibernate as framework, eclipse as integrated development environment and ORCALEIOG as database. This system consists of 5 segments. The segment of basic information management, the segment of electro valence management, the segment of terminal unit management, the segment of statements and graphics management and the segment of system management. It also gives four architectures to support this system.At last, after having the performance test and system test, we find the system faults and repair them.
