This paper uses the current campus LAN,Internet,POE power supply technology,RFID contactless intelligent recognition system,comprehensive use of automatic meter reading technology,water resources quantitative technology,computer data bus technology,network communication,database and data security technology and embedded technology and other cross disciplinary technology,design and research and development of embedded water resource management system with internet communication function.Can access the use of water resources through remote or multi platform,detailed list of expenses,etc..The system to the Internet and campus LAN,RFID communication technology as a link,to realize the centralized and unified management,unified payment,unified control center remote control,through the payment of treasure and other third-party payment platform pay a fee,the implementtation of prepaid terminal inquiry,online(mobile phone),the implementation of water automatic monitoring and manual control mode of operation,to take a series of data security technology and blacklist management technology and better meet the needs of today's College of management of water.This paper discusses the overall structure design,hardware and software design of the meter management system based on the Internet,introduces the hardware structure and software development platform of the embedded network communication system based on POE,and expounds the design of the black list management system,RFID intelligent recognition system,data transmission and storage,and ensure the stable and safe operation of the system,and achieve the expected purpose.
