| Researches on disaster prevention and mitigation by researchers of China have been made some achievements and progress with deeper researching on the subject,which provides theoretical and practical decision support for the work of disaster prevention and mitigation in China. As the work on disaster prevention and mitigation is of great complexity for it involves extensive subject, resources and management maters, there are some flaws and loopholes in management of disaster prevention and mitigation in China. In order to provide better information management support for disaster prevention and mitigation, to effective and timely conduct disaster prevention and mitigation, and to improve the efficiency of disaster information management,the paper took digital resources planning on disaster prevention and mitigation as the subject of the manuscript. The paper put forward methods to analyze the mechanism of digital resources planning from multiple dimensions by introducing enterprise architecture(EA) theory while combining the real work of disaster prevention and mitigation based on the analysis of Researches on the theme of digital resources on disaster prevention and mitigation. The paper studied on the business subject,business activities and business processes of disaster information resources management during the process of disaster prevention and mitigation from multiple dimensional and level based on EA theory and practical work of disaster prevention and mitigation, which took geological disasters as an example. Finally, the paper proposed the architect model of Digital Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Resources Planning system based on the studies above, thus to realize the effective integration and sharing of digital disaster prevention and mitigation, and to provide support and information for promoting the construction work of disaster prevention and mitigation information management. |
