Pzh City Disaster Prevention And Mitigation And Dangerous Source Information Integrated Management System Design And Realization

With the more and more active crustal movement, the geological disasters occur frequently. And in the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, there are increasing risks of accidents in many cities, especial in Panzhihua- a city with the growing using of industrial hazards. Therefore, how to develop an information management system of geological disasters and hazards is of great significance in the prevention and control of disasters and safeguard of people's life and property safety.This thesis adopts methods of survey research, archival research, case study and experimental summary. First, it focuses on the current research situation on information management system of disasters prevention and control, and borrows ideas from them. And then, giving deep analysis of categories and features of disasters and hazards in accordance with their characteristics, exerting development technology and design mode of J2EE to conduct overall design, database design and functional module design of this system. At last, it turned out to be functional. We received the expected results.We can draw the following conclusions based on this thesis:The design of this system is still deficient. It is necessary to design and develop the information management system so as to prevent and control disasters timely.When designing the system, we must take the features of disasters and the related information into consideration to make sure the system is of pertinence and operability.When designing the system, we must make sure that the technology is advanced, expandable and universal at the lowest cost.The system this thesis designed is closely related to the specific circumstance of disaster information management in Panzhihua, and it practically applied in this city. We tested and verified the key functions of this system, and it turned out to be functional. We received the expected results.
