Wireless sensor network(WSN) is used very hot in technology,including in road logistics field,to be able to monitor the surrounding environment, the information collected,by the way of ad-hoc network communicating,this system will adapt to various environments,but the power supply mostly rely on lithium batteries,it will rely the way of changing the battery to maintain working,so it is difficult to guarantee the effective range,reduce the power consumption of the wireless sensor network node becomes a problem urgently to be solved,it is of great research significance.This paper was finished during in the Beijing of “rong hui guang ze” electronic technology co.LTD. "ITLMS in road logistics object monitoring system" project,low power design of the main analysis and research on the node.Research in two aspects:one is from the node hardware design of low power consumption,in-depth analysis of the node energy consumption model of each function module.put forward the node hardware design of low-power strategy and specific solutions.From the node software design of low power Angle,according to the design of the node hardware characteristics,low power software design strategy and concrete scheme is put forward.In view of the low power wireless sensor network node in the study of new standards and new method,comparison research direction in past research on low power consumption is too single,mostly focus on software,this design use freescale company based on ARM Cortex M0+ KL04 ultra-low power consumption chip,as the core control chip,using CC2530 as wireless control module,to achieve dynamic management of CC2530 by KL04.Software based on the comprehensive planning,the operation mode of the network nodes for the node set different working mode,using freescale chip dedicated the CW(CodeWarrior) software program for KL04 burning low power mode,by simplifying the code optimization software control of each link,realize the mode switch in the work,by controlling the TPS60212 to implement dynamic management of power supply.In addition to long distance transmission designed a clustering nodes and Internet connectivity.By field experiments,the design of the node can complete the ad-hoc network,realize the newly added node fast access,realize the data transmission through multiple hops,the measured nodes working current reaches microamps level,realize the effect of low power consumption,low power consumption,good stability characteristics.Through the adoption of new type of ultra-low power consumption chip,in view of the wireless sensor network node problems existing in the research of low power consumption, design a new type of network node in accordance with low power consumption characteristics. In the aspect of function satisfies the requirement of the quantitative data collection and transmission nodes,in terms of performance to achieve reasonable and efficient energy saving and efficiency.
