With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, the use of mobile applications increasingly large groups, the status of traditional mobile application development cost, long development cycle has been unable to meet market needs spurt. Therefore, the development of cross platform applications has attracted more and more attention, especially the HTML5standard is proposed, Web App has a more powerful vitality, a large number of outstanding domestic and foreign Internet companies are involved in research and development of it, but because of incomplete difficult performance and interaction of defects and the function of the.In this paper, based on the mobile Web technology, through research and Analysis on the development of mobile application development framework and mode, data exchange, and propose a cross platform mobile application based on Web rich client development program. Scheme of building technology to complete Web application framework based on component and interface, the preparation and the completion of the underlying hardware function calls. The rich client model, equipment through the local WebView component rendering application interface and the resource file is packaged into the client application is stored in the local data, through the interaction of cross domain and server interaction. Both play a cross-platform Web, and retained the habit of using native applications for users, saves network bandwidth and loss, improve application performance.In the aspect of performance, Web in the mobile terminal loading rules and performance based on the proposed optimization scheme, resource loading strategies and interactive performance, and to solve the implicit bug mobile terminal and compatibility issues, to further improve the performance of the scheme and the user experience.Finally, based on the scheme and technology in this paper, through the example of the project--mobile electronic business platform to achieve the development of cross platform applications, and run on iOS and Android devices, verify the feasibility and efficiency of the scheme.
