With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, the intelligent terminals have been generalized rapidly. So far, traditional native App development has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises and developers on the cost and efficiency. However, Hybrid App has attracted more and more attention for its low cost of development that once written run everywhere. Nonetheless Hybrid App also has its shortage on the performance of a Native App. So technology also needs to improve and research on Hybrid App development mode and technical improvement is more urgent.This thesis proposes a development project of cross-platform mobile Hybrid App based on Ionic and PhoneGap by comparative analysis of cross-platform development framework and mobile front-end development technolodgy. In the project, front-end is developed by Ionic and packaged by PhoneGap.In order to solve the issue that Ionic Hybrid App can hardly be compatible with mobilephone device intensively, ngCodova is introduced to implement the call of bottom API device interfaces. Due to the response delay of PhoneGap UI, this project based on the prevalent cross-platform fron-end technolodgy of Ionic designs a precise front-end interface and extends a series of plug-ins to bring as fluence and concise user perception as the original application.In this thesis, the process of performance optimization, is divided into four stages including loading, script execution,rendering and drawing synthesis. In order to eliminate the poor efficiency and non-fluency of Hybrid App on Android operating system, this thesis adopts a seris of optimization measures such as integrated Crosswalk and GPU Hack. Moreover by the use of Ionic cycle events and rolling optimization this thesis reduces the delay caton for further enhancement of the performance and user perception of the implemented application.Finally, this thesis successfully releases Mobile News Application(MNA) based on the proposed technolodgy and development which is a application instant of cross-platform package in Android and IOS.Meanwhile, MNA is compared with the native application by horizontal and vertical performance tests. The results manifest the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed project and provide reference for the same kind of cross-platform research and development.
