In this paper, through analyzing the current the latest trend ofmobile Internet, points out that the technology of current mainstream mobile platform such as Android, IOS, Windows Phoneare not compatible with each other, unable to fusion and iterative development caused the waste of manpower and resources, so that themobile applicationdevelopmentcosts continue to rise. Put forward the mobile cross platform framework PhoneGap can well solve the mobile cross platform issues, and the current PhoneGap application performance have not a detailed research, the performance optimization scheme has not had in-depth study of the situation to carry out this work in this paper.First, through researching latest HTML5, CSS3, jQuery Mobileand the realization of the mobile cross-platform development framework of PhoneGap’s mechanism, communication mechanism, cross platform principleof in-depth analysis, and analyzes the factors which affect the PhoneGap performance bottleneck, establish response time cost model function and UI fluency cost function, through the theoretical analysis to study and put forward a set of theoretical optimization solutionThen, use PhoneGap to implement a logistics cross-platform mobile application which based on the latest PhoneGap framework, through the deep analysis of the principle of PhoneGap, the design of cross platform mobile application of a special demand for the logistics industry, based on mobile multi-platform, support Android, IOS, WP8, etc. mainstream mobile platforms.With the new technology for the comprehensive development of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, at the same time, including IOS, Android, WP8three kinds of style of the view template, make the whole application achieved the effect of Native App also havethesame fluency and function, cooperating with RESTful data service interface for logistics application design, meet the demand of the mobile terminal and server requirements. In addition, according to the characteristics of the logistics industry has designedoffline storage and automatic synchronization mechanism and realized the offline application.Finally, through comparing the application of optimized by theory withun optimized proved that after optimization of the application on the IOS platform and Androidplatformhave reachedthe Native App of the same smooth, verify the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical optimization schemehas been proposedin the third chapter.This paperhas carried on the thorough analysis to the PhoneGap after this, carried ona detailed research and optimization of PhoneGap performance, and through the implementation of a cross platform applications to verify the optimization scheme, this is still a matter of research in PhoneGap, this paper have certain forward-looking and innovative.
