Along with the boom in new countryside construction,the rural economy has made a great progress.Together with the publication of the Agricultural policies, basic material conditions have been unable to meet the rural population increasing spiritual civilization demands.In the process of the Agricultural information construction,broadcast television and Internet has been throughout the rural areas,expanded the way that farmer friend access to information. But the local village authorities and information related to higher levels of government and the regional specific agricultural information service can not be timely delivered to farmers, which cause The adverse situation between farmers and the government.The promotion and implementation of rural radio not only can achieve the constant connection between government and farmer,but also realizing the real-time acquisition of professional knowledge, create a rural informationization atmosphere.At present,the traditional rural radio is a heavily FM environment,but because of the complex terrain in southern china,the traditional radio coverage is less than other area,and facing the resource shortage of broadcasting frequency,the poor reliability in audio especially in the mountains, Large investment and other shortcoming.In view of the above questions, the paper proposes the3G wireless network technology,use the mobile communication network as the program transmission channel.This paper is from the National Science&Technology Pillar Program during the12th Five-year Plan Period "research and model of the efficienr information servise for country ".This terminal is based on STM32F103ARM Cortex-M3-based microcontroller, This paper design the Input and output module, System control module, Power amplifier module, Receive module and Power module,and realized the hardware platform design of3G broadcasting terminal. This paper presents a design and implement scheme for the push3G streaming media program, that ensure the push transmission between broadcast and terminal. On the basis of the file transfer protocol, Using Windows visual studio2008platform, completed the design and Realization of push3G streaming media program.This paper combined with the application of WCDMA network,embedded technology and radio terminal development technology,designed and developed the rural broadcasting system based on3G network.This system is easy to operate, The server using the network idle time intensive program to push program can effectively avoid the network storm. Meanwhile the terminal support live configuration for convenience of the users. This system combines Mobile communication network with Broadcast network under the big trend of network convergence, which has very important significance on theory and application value.
