Shaanxi Rural Broadcasting Station, which is the subsidiary commercial station, mainly takes the responsibility of increasing advertizing charge for provincial station, propagandizing how to become prosperous in rural areas.This Paper is to study AD marketing of the Shaanxi Rural Broadcasting via Marketing theory, 4Ps theory and also the characteristics of media, to collect the data via questionnaire, interview, graphology and statistics analysis systematically, to analyze the current status and market condition during the constructing and developing of Shaanxi Rural Media. To discuss the Strength, weakness, opportunities and threat of AD managing, study and discover the marketing strategy of Shaanxi Rural Broadcasting during its AD management in the field of product, price, place and promotion. At the end, the paper makes a creative conclusion that in order to do the AD marketing, you have to do the product marketing. AD marketing leeches on to product marketing so that to figure out lots of good broadcasting products. Shaanxi Rural Broadcasting Station has to make a good quotation that is suitable to the village people because they are very sensitive to the price. Shaanxi Rural Broadcasting Station, as the provincial station, usually did not care the place construction. Shaanxi Rural Broadcasting Station now should immediately set up their own AD place in order to smoothly selling out the products of AD investor. PULL and PUSH and MIX sales promotion will be the strategy in the future promotion of Shaanxi Rural Broadcasting Station.The research system and methods of the paper is very useful to study the theory of broadcasting media marketing. And the conclusion is somehow promoting to the marketing activities of broadcasting media market.
