Effect Of Broadcast On Guangxi’s Rural And Regional Areas Development

In recent years, with the freezing rain and snow disaster, earthquake, tsunami, and a series of major unexpected public events, the broadcast is amplified. Broadcast as a mass media, is the mouthpiece of the Party, the Government and the people, it plays an important role in promoting economic development and social progress in the rural areas.The agricultural broadcast was studied in this paper, in the view of the mass communication and agricultural extension point, the present situation of the agricultural broadcast’s existence and development in northwest of Guangxi karst region was investigated, the effect of broadcast on Guangxi’s rural and regional areas development is explored by the advantage of communication and emergency response mechanisms of broadcast in emergencies, to find out the problem to influence the existence of agricultural broadcasting development problems and solutions. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the research background, the research goal and the significance, research methods and technical route. The second part is the theoretical basis of rural and regional areas development, which mainly based on other researches, on agricultural communication, mass communication, and the concept of agricultural broadcasting, characteristics and domestic and international research status and research on the role of broadcasting in rural and agricultural development in the regional development. The third part is the case analysis, broadcast for rural development in northwest of Guangxi karst region was chosen as a case in the paper, The development status of broadcasting in Guangxi rural areas was studied, to find out the existing problems of the development of broadcasting in Guangxi rural areas, to explore the role of broadcasting in the rural and regional areas development. The fourth part puts forward to some countermeasures and suggestions in accelerating Guangxi broadcast for rural areas development. In the conclusion part, this subject put on accelerating agricultural broadcasting background and building new socialist countryside and media development in the paper, Guangxi broadcast for rural areas development will be broad prospects, and will be a great effect on Guangxi’s rural and regional development. However, the development of agricultural broadcast not only emphasizes on coverage rate, but also improves the rate of listening. The development of agricultural broadcasting can not only rely on broadcast media, the more we have to rely on all levels of Party committees, Government and Community attention and support.
