This system the research process is according to the software engineering standard,from analysis to design, to implementation, the process of the application of UML modeling toolsystem requirements analysis phase of the use case description, through the system flow chart,system function structure, database analysis of the entity relationship diagram for system designstage. This paper will give the liao yu group personnel management system design andimplementation of the process, the various stages of the analysis and design to the system toprovide a description of the modeling and visualization.
