Research On Community Information Management System

Modern society in an important and popular topic is the communityinformation management and construction issues, especially in the wave ofinformation technology, there have been more and more community have theintelligent ability, but throughout the community informatization construction is stillin a less ordered state, the function has not been deeply rooted in the hearts of thepeople. Community informationization construction problems in the full realizationof well-off society in the process, how meet different needs for information,information community as a whole to meet human needs and planning, make it asuitable people live and learning, and even the work of preserve one’s health of newsocialist community, this research is becoming the focus of current research.This paper consists of six parts, the first chapter is the introduction, mainlysummarizes the community informatization situation and existing problems, as wellas the meaning and purpose of the study; the second chapter is about some concepts,it summarizes and defines some of the concepts; summarizes some outstandingresidential situation, provide some reference for the study finally, the communityinformatization standard is given; the third chapter describes the networkconstruction and operation mode of the community, from the three aspects ofcommunity access network communication mode, community service informationand community information operation of network construction and operation modeof the community; the fourth chapter analyzes the demand of communityinformation integrated management service platform, including the analysis offunction requirement analysis, system analysis and hardware platform for useradaptation; the fifth chapter service platform for the overall structural design ofcommunity information management, according to the functional requirements analysis and design of the platform by the community integrated businessmanagement system, convenient service system,3D spatial analysis systemcomposed of three parts. Community of integrated business management system,including basic data management, community construction and management,volunteer management, community administration, community resourcemanagement, file query statistics management, library management;three-dimensional spatial geographic analysis system include the area of the districtmanagement; convenience service system including the website informationmanagement, service management; database design and the underlying tablestructure, including personnel information table, table information unit, cityinformation table, table log management, ban information table, communityinformation table, system user table, street information table and the main interfaceof the platform is designed and implemented, gives the main code. The sixth chapteris the conclusion of this paper, the main trend of community development, and thedirection of development, and from the perspective of economics, some of the viewsand opinions of community management.Community information integrated management platform has been put into use,the interface is friendly, simple operation, improve the efficiency of the communityadministration, make data management more scientific and standardized, in a certainextent conforms to the needs of informatization construction, application andmanagement. In system put into use later, will continue according to the actualfeedback constantly improve the deficiencies in existing function, and to seek amore scientific, reasonable and economical construction management plan, for theconstruction of community information to find a better method.
