The Design And Implementation Of Community Service Management System Of Binjiang

Binjiang District is currently under the jurisdiction of Hangzhou District, the street community to provide the corresponding community management and service. But at present there exist many problems, including community services rely on manual, it is easy to produce relevant error. With the increase of community affairs, a lot of affairs cannot be processed in timely, data sharing is difficult. In order to improve the service efficiency and service quality, the need for change by means of the information, so it decided to develop the community service management system.In this thesis, the design and implementation of service management system are completed, it can help build the informatization of Binjiang community, and it is an important means to facilitate residents living. The system is developed using C++ programming language. The community service management is realized From the perspectives of multiple dimensions, it overcomes the manual processing problems, improves the quality of service. The major achievements of this paper include: First, the development situation of domestic and foreign community information are researched, the community information theory and technology are introduced, including C++, Web development technology. Then in view of the community service management, with the Binjiang community service personnel and the actual needs of the community residents, the requirements of community service management system are obtained using various means. After that, the three layers of C/S structure and the role of all levels are made cleared, at the same time the system is divided into several functional modules and the function point, the related model of database is cleared. Finally its development and running environment are set up, some results of the functions are showed, at the same time, testing works of community service management system are completed.The system realizes many functions, including initial setup, the basic data, population management, planning management, the party affairs, relief management, community management, financial management. From operation of community management system, the existing system can effectively help the riverside community service work, promote the efficiency of management, promote the community management work towards standardization, improve the quality of the whole community service and improve the safety of the community management data.
