Design And Implementation Of Bank Voucher Ordering System Based On Workflow Technology

The banking informationization construction has entered a new stage With the rapiddevelopment of information technology in the world. Nowadays, the informatizationconstruction of the main banking business has made great achievements. You could saythat the development of banking business and information technology have close together.At present, the first batch of application field of new IT technology almostincludes banking, and almost all the banks will soon combine their main business andlatest information technology. Therefore, the degree of informatization of mainbusiness in banks are basically the same.At present, China’s banks are not only in the main business on informationtechnology to improve the processing efficiency and save cost, but also began tostrengthen their own competition strength by means of information technology in someauxiliary business. Therefore, in order to further improve the management efficiency ofthe bank, China Minsheng Bank is ready to put the original artificial bank voucherordering business management into the information management system. Because of theparticularity of bank voucher products, business vouchers ordering of Minsheng BankChina is very complex. And, from the head office to branch, the Minsheng Bank Chinesehas a huge business network, which adds further complexity to the bank voucher orderingbusiness.In this paper, we implement a bank voucher ordering System for China MinshengBank based on the above requirements.Due to the current bank vouchers product orderingprocess in the time of continuous development and perfection, the bank voucher orderingsystem implemented in this paper should meet the changing and development of orderingprocess.the bank voucher ordering system implemented in this paper in this paper can be usedto make the application, submit orders and orders, order review, supplier delivery, thefinal settlement of funds and other complex business processes of bank voucher which arethe payment slip, statements, stop payment notice and so on into the unity network management. Finally we achieved the informatization management for China Minshengbank voucher ordering business.At the same time, the bank voucher ordering system implemented in this paper isbased on JBPM workflow technology, so it can not only deal with the bankvouchers product complex ordering process, but can also quickly and neatly respond tothe changes and development of the bank voucher ordering process.
