The Design And Implementation Of The Voucher Processing System

From the development of large commercial banks in China from the beginning of the century,information technology has deeply rooted in various management activities and operation of modern commercial banks and has become an important factor to daily business and service efficiency of commercial banks.As one of the five state-owned banks,China Construction Bank is walking in the forefront of information construction.Voucher processing system transfers daily expenditure vouchers to branches' finance and accounting department in time and accurately for unified input and audit for secondary branches under Inner Mongolia Branch of China Construction Bank.The system will realize digital dexterity for the bank's expense reimbursement center and will construct an integrated and unified information management platform for reimbursement vouchers.Aiming at demands of internal reimbursement system and procedures,it defines the overall framework of the system and detailed flow control of each functional submodule and designs detailed solutions subject to demand analysis.Voucher processing system to great extent realizes three functional modules,including expense reimbursement,system management,query statistics.Among them,expense reimbursement module mainly includes image collection,image uploading and printing,preliminary audit of voucher,inputting voucher,voucher auditing,approval by financial supervisor,payment,task scheduling,image list printing,voucher return list;query statistics module mainly includes role management,user management,supplier management,return reason maintenance,task assignment mode maintenance,payment amount maintenance,reimbursement maintenance and mechanism maintenance.The dissertation introduces the design of each module of system and contents related to system accomplishment,and sets forth system design among subsystem under the three modules and the implementation.The paper also conducts demand analysis and system design with UML modeling technology,constructs a system development platform with.NET framework,adopts B/S 3-tier architecture mode,Oracle database and Weblogic middleware and use ASP.NET H-Level language to write program code.
