In the tide of commodity economy, the traffic develops rapidly, and people’s daily travel demands is also growing. Now, a lot of medium-sized enterprises are equipped with a motorcade to give staff a lift. But how to effectively improve the efficiency, economic benefits and standardize management to meet the demands in the information age of e-government is an urgent problem to be solved. Starting from this special environment and practical application,this paper builds a vehicle system which is based on the.NET platform to meet the actual needs of the present campus ordering.The system in this paper mainly uses Internet and modern information technology to support the services of car rental operations and management, improve the campus unified management platform, accelerate information construction in campus. Also,the system strengthens the service system, and provides convenient services for teachers and students,realizes information openness, transparency and sharing. At the same time, the system can manage the ordering service in a rational and standard manner.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of topic briefly and explains the status of e-commerce development at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics and patterns of the campus e-commerce, analyzes.NET development platform and system development framework. Then the paper makes a detailed needs analysis of user demand and network security which can ensure the system work well. On this basis, we put forward the three-tier system development scheme on the environment of ASP.NET; besides we completed the database design and web applications development in Microsoft SQL Server database platform and VisualStudio.NET integrated development environment and realized the function that users use Internet to complete the vehicle reservations, car orders, online payment and evaluation exchange. While the administrator can deal with orders, dispatch vehicles and publish campus information. Completed the data exchange in database and Web server. Using AJAX ToolKit, CSS and JavaScript optimize the interface implementation effect in HTML pages, enhance user ordering experience. Finally, test each module comprehensively by system test case to verify that the system is running stable and in good condition.Compared with traditional campus car ordering system, the newly campus car ordering system provides a new business model, its powerful ability to interact with information and data processing capabilities can provide users with rich resources of vehicle information and rapid ordering experience. At the same time,the campus car ordering system improves the utilization of vehicle resource and reduce the costs of managing vehicle resources,and achieve a win-win results ultimately.
