Since2010the new core system of our bank has been implemented, important vouchers are conducted unified management in the system. At present, manual processing mode is adopted in warehouse entry, application, delivery, cost accounting and other business operations of general vouchers in our bank, which is backward in technology and low accuracy and easy to make faults. Moreover, it cannot provide supports for statistics, forecast, analysis and check and other business.In2011we develop the bank voucher management system of Bank of China according to the demand of voucher customer service dept. This system can maximize reduce the working pressure of network personnel and simplify effectively the transmission links of vouchers, which is convenient for voucher warehouse management personnel of branches manage and grasp in time information of all kinds of vouchers with scheduling and analysis and for each branch network and voucher suppliers to conduct cost settlement. Meanwhile, we can grasp accurately through this system the stock, usage and distribution situation so as to supply vouchers to vouchers according to the data the system provides, which will not cause lack of vouchers and avoid unnecessary waste with too much voucher orders to enhance the voucher utilization efficiency, reduce expenditure and reduce the working strength of warehouse management personnel and network staff. This system can greatly improve the level of voucher management, and lay a good foundation for the Bank of China, Jinan Branch within the city to implement a unified voucher distribution management.The system uses the B/S model based on J2EE standards and divides the application into three basic parts:Model, View and Controller, which work together to part with minimal coupling, to improve application extendibility and maintainability.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of the project development as well as at this stage in the management of the inadequacies of existing, and described the advantages of this system, as well as the work content.Secondly, we extracted the model through requirements specification by using Unified Modeling Language, and design the software in functional modules. Based on the preliminary analysis, we design the structure of the database and implement the corresponding functional modules. Thirdly, some details of software testing are introduced in the thesis.
