Human resources management is an important part of enterprise management,human resources management research after the discovery of small and medium-sizedenterprises, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises although are equippedwith office computer, there are few andtheir simple human resources managementsystem, but its management thought or the continuation of the traditional artificialmanagement thought,which there are a lot of drawbacks, such as the scope of businesschaotic management, low efficiency of management, data change delay, often causingunnecessary losses to the small and medium sized enterprises. In addition,there is agreat relationship between efficiency and enterprise management of staff workingattitude and overall quality, are often affected by external factorsis relatively large.Management system so small and medium-sized enterprisesneed to introduce a newstandard, human resource management so as toefficiently, and further enhance theinformation management of enterprises and the overall strength.There are many shortcomings of the traditional human resource managementsystem based on the C/S pattern of development, to meet the human resources ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises business not quickly change in demand, this timebased on the SSH framework of the small and medium-sized enterprise humanresources management system to small and medium enterprises human resourcemanagement aspects of the business and effective integration, in order to for smallenterprises to provide a fast and efficient human resource management model. Thusgreatly improve the Department of human resources management of small andmedium enterprises in the work efficiency and service quality, reduce the humanresource management of small and medium enterprises cost and the operating costs ofenterprises, so as to improve the small and medium enterprises in the samecompetition in the industry’s competitiveness.The research of system development based SSH framework is the mostmainstream, the three frame is a free open source, is made up of small and mediumenterprises lack of operating funds of this disadvantage. And they are after long-termdevelopment to have a document base abundant and stable development backgroundsupport, more suitable for small and medium enterprises flexible human resourcesmanagement background. The development and implementation of the three layer structure of application, from the maximum extent to reduce coupling betweenmodules, effectively improves the maintainability of the application and developmentof the system efficiency, the presentation layer framework using Struts, Hibernate asthe system data persistence layer, and the configuration of the Hibernate with JPA. Inthe presentation layer, not only the use of the ExtJs and DWR the two AJAXtechnology, and Struts. The use of AJAX technology can not only make the operationmore easily, the interface more beautiful human nature, characteristics ofasynchronous interactive data transmission can reduce the burden of server.
