Research On The Information Traceability System Of Construction Machinery Remanufactured Products Based On B/S Mode

In the process of construction machinery remanufacturing, in order to recall andmanage the accident, implement product traceability and process defective pro-ductsrapidly, more and more enterprises begin adopting information tracing system.Nevertheless, the process of tracing management for remanufactured products existssome problems. Such as the tracing process is very complicated, the tracing ability islimited, and the information of material relationship and process cannot establisheffective contact. Therefore, on the basis of research in the field at home and abroad,the paper combined with the characteristics of construction machinery remanufac-turing process, used engineering technologies of system analysis and design, and builttracing information model that suitable for construction machinery remanufacturingprocess. On the basis of relevant technologies of the network information system,information tracing system of construction machinery remanufactured product basedon B/S mode was developed. The research contents mainly include:(1)The paper analysed the remanufacturing process of construction machineryand production process. On the basis of it, the key factors that influence the informa-tion trace back were dissected. The index system of tracing system was establishedfrom three aspects. Basic function of tracing system was summarized.(2)The tracing entity of construction machinery remanufacturing process wasdivided into three categories: product、operation and activities. The advantages anddisadvantages of BOM and BOL in the process of construction machinery remanu-facturing were outlined. And on the basis of it, this paper proposed a tracing methodthat suitable for industry of construction machinery remanufacturing. This tracingmethod was the bill of material based on activities. Information model of constructionmachinery remanufacturing process was built. By using symbolic tracing chain ofactivities and activity network, tracing information model of construction machineryremanufacturing process was built.(3)Based on the network structure with B/S mode, and combined with the orches-tration of remanufacturing process, the basic framework of the tracing system wasdesigned. By using some internet technologies, information collection program wasdesigned. This paper also designed tracing system database through mapping data table diagram.(4)On the basis of F++Builder, and using the knowledge of information system,the information traceability system of construction machinery remanufactured pro-ducts was developed. Finally, the PDA, RFID data collection hardware and tracingsystem software were integrated, and the whole of the tracing system was completed.The BOM based on the activities integrated the material relationship and itsremanufacturing process effectively, at the same time it provided the theory forresearch in tracing information method of construction machinery remanufacturingprocess.The activity chain and tracing network model simplified the tracing process,improved the tracing precision. In the end, the paper verified the feasibility andcorrectness of tracing methods and tracing models through developing the tracinginformation system for construction machinery remanufactured products.
