The 2025 made in China made a great effort to implement the intelligent remanufacturing,and the intelligent remanufacture was written into the government's planning for the first time,which has aroused wide attention of the society.Recycling and dismantling as the two initial steps in the process of remanufacturing technology are the premise of remanufacturing process.The automation level of product recovery value evaluation and product dismantling sequence planning will greatly promote the development of intelligent remanufacturing technology.Based on the analysis of domestic and international product recovery valuation and disassembly sequence planning problems,this thesis conducts in-depth research on the construction of product valuation models,the generation of disassembly sequences and the disassembly sequence planning,etc.Through the information expression of product value assessment and disassembly,the automation of the value assessment of decommissioning products and disassembly sequence planning are realized.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In view of the low degree of automation and lack of scientific appraisal in the process of valuation of decommissioned products,the mapping relationship between decommissioned product information and recovery prices is studied.An information model for decommissioned products valuation is proposed,which is applied to the evaluation of decommissioned engines for recycling.Taking a certain type of engine as an example,the scientificity of the model has been verified.(2)For the traditional interference matrix model can not explain the problem of the mismatch between the assembly coordinate system and the part coordinate system in the virtual assembly,the auxiliary direction judgment matrix is introduced on the basis of the interference matrix,the concept of the composite interference matrix is proposed.Based on the generalized axial bounding box and adaptive variable step interference test,the generation of composite interference matrix is builed.By using the secondary development technology of SolidWorks software based on Visual Basic,the rapid and automatic generation of the composite interference matrix is realized.(3)Based on the composite interference matrix,the generation method of the product disassembly sequence is studied,and the algorithm of complete disassembly sequence generation is proposed.Aiming at the combinatorial explosion problem of feasible solutions in the solution process of complex product disassembly sequence,a hierarchical stepwise disassembly algorithm is proposed.Using the improved ant colony algorithm to plan the results obtained by the algorithm.Taking the first stage gear reducer assembly model as an example,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.(4)Based on Visual Basic programming language to develop decommissioned product recovery valuation and automated dismantling sequence planning information integration remanufacturing system to realize the functions of decommissioned product valuation,automatic assembly compound interference matrix generation and product disassembly sequence planning.Taking a decommissioning engine and a first-order gear reducer as examples,the practicability of the decommissioning product recovery valuation subsystem and the product disassembly sequence planning subsystem are verified.
