Police information integration is an important part of the modernization of publicsecurity. Last year,"study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session eighthdeepen law enforcement standardized construction" working meeting on the "rule of lawand public security building" a comprehensive plan of work, requiring the national publicsecurity organs at all levels to improve the system, improve the capacity, strengthenmanagement, deepening enforcement standardization. From the end of the year twothousand and twelve to the end of2014the overall effectiveness of law enforcementstandardized construction inspection and acceptance, involving32provincial publicsecurity organs, and yielded good results. Test results showed that, after many years ofaccumulation, work and police teams have made progress in terms of public security, theprotection of a solid theoretical foundation of the work on the track of the smoothdevelopment of the rule of law.As the largest economy in the province of Yingkou City, an important city, policework is the safety and security of economic, political and cultural activities. The publicsecurity information technology is an important part of socialist modernization. Itinvolves the implementation of police training and technology strategy, the ability towork to enhance public security, public security force to enhance combat effectiveness.Therefore public security information technology and will become the future for a longtime an important part of Chinese Public Security building.In the context of the integration of public security information I need from the actualwork, the application of the learning phase learned master of software engineering theory,programming methods and theoretical knowledge ontology engineering, design andimplement a public security information publishing platform. Specific work is asfollows:Development BackgroundI studied the current development of management information system design and development, to understand the basic structure of news websites, and functions.Engineering approach to the design and development of this system will be used werereviewed, clear B/S building, MVC system, web server and database server build,ontology engineering methods, software life cycle theory, technical route. Throughresearch on the reality of the situation, clear the system requirements to be addressed.RequirementAnalysisFollow software engineering theory, the first part of the system development is the mostimportant part of this paper, the system requirements for the conduct of the ontology.With the Ontology modeling tool protégé, we modeled the organization system,information type, etc. into ontology. And driven by the ontology model, the requirementshave been detailed analyzed.System DesignBy ontology modeling, the paper for information portal system structure outline design; atypical business process systems such as login, browse, maintenance and other detaileddesign; typical database table structure has been set induction and field. At the same timegives the design scheme, the article also discusses the design basis and processes.System ImplementationSystem implementation section of this paper gives a systematic implementation details,including the main business processes through the implementation system ASP code; tobuild the system’s network and database servers; using ASP code to achieve the effect ofthe web interface; the use of SQL Server client to complete the database realization. Iwas still inside the branch and the system tested. The system passed the test for basicfunctions of the requirements analysis. Further tests will be successful after the domainname applications, online conduct.Given the time constraints, the system is still not good enough for shortcomings such asperformances and deficiencies. It will be left to the on-line testing and afterwardsrefinements to polish the system. But thanks to the research, design, implementation,improvement of the system, I have made further and a more intuitive understanding ofthe theories learnt in the Master study.
