| The portal platform of commercial bank is a window to represent the corporateimage of contemporary commercial bank, to introduce products and services. It is notonly an important way for the banks to expand market and accelerate financialglobalization, but also a significant part of modern banking operations. In spite of therapid development of banking and the strong development momentum of portalplatform of rural commercial bank in our country at present, there is a certaindifference between it and national Joint-stock commercial Banks. Therefore, most ofthe rural commercial bank has already included the construction of portal platform inplan.The rural credit cooperatives of A county is about to be restructured into the ruralcommercial bank of A county. With the advancement of reform and the developmentof business in rural credit cooperatives of A county, it needs to establish a networksystem. The portal platform, included in the network system, will has a good effect onimproving the quality of work, increasing efficiency, strengthening publicity,promoting communication, marketing promotion, supervision and so on. It willchange the management pattern and service mode of A county rural creditcooperatives gradually, and provide the methods and operation platform for scientificoperation and effective management.Based on the extensive investigation and in-depth study, as well as the reality ofA county rural credit cooperatives, this article puts forward the solution for its portalplatform. First of all, this paper analyzes the main research status about theconstruction of portal platform in domestic and foreign commercial banks, as well asthe problems existing in current researches, and defines the main content of systemresearch of portal platform and the key technology which should be solved in theprocess of development. Secondly, it discusses the portal platform system realizingintegration with several big systems in detail, including information center subsystem,online loan application platform, online complaints advice consulting platform,message boards, background users and authority management platform, andintroduces the realization process of overall design of system and module functionminutely. Finally, the paper tests the results of portal platform, summarizes thefunctions which need further improvement, and looks into the further research and development.The portal platform is the system which is developed by utilizing the ASP.NETdevelopment tools and c#development language of current WEB technologies, adaptsthe new technological portal platform so that advancement and stability is assured,combining with the popular DIV+CSS layout design, applying DES symmetric dataencryption technology, and using the object-oriented thought, on the basis ofrequirements analysis, feasibility design, database design, software and hardwareconfiguration, system testing and so on. After implementation, there has a significantimpact on solving the problems of enterprise publicity, product promotion andinternal management, and improving the work efficiency of staff in rural creditcooperatives of A county. |
