Relative humidity value is an important reference factors affecting environment. It have started to pay attention to environmental humidity measurements at many places. In many industries, the humidity controls within a certain range of security,it can make sure that industrial and agricultural production. At present, optical fiber humidity measurement as a most promising method with the high stability for measurement and can achieve high precision humidity measurement under special environment. Along with the development of optical fiber sensor, the other areas of technology has beginning to combined with humidity sensor system, and it forms a new concept of measurement system. It also provides a reliable practical significance for the study content of this paper.This article is based on optical fiber humidity sensor in development of data collection and processing and remote monitoring system, the humidity sensitive thin film of optical fiber probe can change the refractive index on the basis of environmental humidity. Based on this feature, Through the information of spectra was obtained by the change of the refractive index can calculate the current humidity. Finally, it can achieve the work that remote control the collection of sensor and ensure the safety of person and equipment by Integration on the relevant technology of the remote monitoring and video monitoring.At first, the implementation method and design of framework of system are analyzed, on the one hand, this thesis design the overall process of the system, on the other hand, according to analysis subsystem which is independent and interconnected individually, it gives the technology route of implementation of key problems. Secondly, the realizations of various functions of the system by the use of the technology are discussed in detail. Data acquisition system is smoothing spectral data by wavelet transform, through the interpolation algorithm to get calibrating value, and then compare peak data and calibration value to calculate the humidity value. Remote control system is implemented on control the server machine based on C/S model and solves the problem of remote working, to accelerate the transmission speed of the desktop graphics by compression technology of image, and to realize transmit control commands at both ends of the host by using the Socket protocol. In the system is also used for Internet Web technology, including JSP dynamic web technology, the Ajax technology which is most advanced, Web server technology and database technology. In addition, the inner net domain name map outer net port by used of the third party server, so internet equipment can access to intranet host to achieve information. Monitor system based on intelligent control theory, to monitor the people by moving object detection, using principle of background subtraction method to achieve the monitoring of the measurement environment.The purpose of the research is providing more practical platform for optical fiber humidity sensor and other types of optic fiber sensor. Through integration of multiple technologies to research the diversified and networking products fit the modern information era.
