Telecommunications Access Network Room Remote Intelligent Control System Research And Design

Communication is the lifeline of all modern activities while power supply is the prerequisite of unobstructed communication. With communication devices of various voices and data scattered in different sub-bureaus, on most occasions it's impossible or unnecessary to arrange a watchman in the access network room in rural areas .However, there is a need to control such devices as air-conditioners, locks, etc, and to monitor burglary resistive under various circumstances. Thus, it's particularly significant to have remote intelligent control over access network machine rooms.With the exploration of remote intelligent controlling system of air-conditioning in telecom access network room as its background, this thesis has constructed a remote monitoring and intelligent control system over the distant machine rooms via network, utilizing DCN net of telecom for real time monitoring, acquiring information about temperature warning in machine rooms and the burglary of air-conditioner outdoor machine. With the monitoring and control of this system, the air-conditioners can be intelligently switched on or off, and energy may be saved; the burglary information can reach the maintenance men. The system can automatically dispatch relevant staff to the scene, so the shift watch out in the stations will be unnecessary. With fewer maintenance men and operators, the work will be more efficient and energy will be saved.The thesis introduces in details various knowledge about remote control via network, including the prerequisite of remote control. The principle of remote control over machine rooms, the TCP/IP protocol of network communication, RS-485 and TCP/IP transferred protocol, etc. It also introduces in details the solution to the hardware of remote intelligent control system. as well as the designing process of the software. The system may intelligently control the switching of remote air-conditioners according to the temperature in the machine rooms. It may also warn the maintenance men of the burglary information of the outdoor machine of air-conditioners. The technology of intelligent remote control may be used, in the fields of temperature monitoring, soaking, burglary proof field, power generation, oil using management, etc. Since the exploration of this system, via several functional tests of intelligent control burglary warning and stability in actual environment for a period of time, the feasibility of the stated system is fully proved with various functions have reached their designing purpose.
