In order to better achieve the number of agricultural information, networking, industrial control automation, we have developed a high efficiency wireless remote monitoring system, and has achieved very good results for environmental monitoring, desert control has made important contributions to governance. Based on ARM+GPRS, the Wireless Remote Monitoring System can simplify the network monitoring and the remote Management of environments, and is of great significance to rising the monitoring and management of environments.In view of the need of monitoring each kind of environment factor, the terminal equipment of wireless remote monitoring system use the data acquisition module gathering all kinds of sensors, these sensors can get physical quantity of the corresponding environmental factor. this paper select conversion module MAX 146 to convert the physical quantity to standard current or voltage signal, the data of these signal can be transmitted to the core processor(AT91RM9200) by SPI—Serial Peripheral interface. AT91RM9200 receives these data and processes these data, choose effective data and use standardized formula to convert data to the actual physical, this completed data collection.AT91RM9200 to summarize the collected data and format the data according to the network transmission protocol, then it can storage these data and send these data to network. The wireless terminal equipment can use long-distance transmission technology to send the packet data to the server of the remote data monitoring center. To achieve wireless remote transmission of data, the system use the GPRS modules-MC39i as the communication module. The wireless remote data transmission make the system get rid of regional restrictions, the terminal equipment can gather and transmit data in any place. What's more, the wireless remote data transmission reduces laying process of communication lines, This reduces the cost of system greatly and make system installation more simple.However, due to various factors such as hardware, software and the environment, the wireless network may appear network interruption, hardware also may work normally when using or installations, inevitably, there still exists the phenomenon of data loss. There still exists the limitation that has to provide both a computer and INTERNET linkage during data access. To overcome these faults, this paper added the function of data security storage. It is an important technique to a remote data monitoring system, in this paper, based on the web-based data storage techniques in former research, a new method for data storage was developed by using U-Disk and field computer. The results showed the added functions were very reliable not only to reduce data loss caused by broken network and jam communication, but to overcome the limitation that has to provide both a computer and INTERNET linkage during data access.When the environment factors beyond the scope of user, the system have to use some measures to control environmental factors. In order to better realize the automation of environmental monitoring, according to needs of controlling various environmental factors, This paper presents a auxiliary equipment control system based on ARM processor and operating system Linux, designs a control unit can make the AT91RM9200 to control peripheral power appliances.The system can collect the data of environment factors, such as temperature, humidity, light, concentration of carbon dioxide, process and diagnose these data, and according to the above parameters, remote monitoring and management for the related equipment can be made by using server-side software and mobile phone. Based on a lot of experiments to verify its validity and reliability, the experimental results denoted that the design scheme was rational, and Technology was reliable, and can satisfy a variety of auxiliary equipment of remote control and diagnostic requirements, it can be widely used in the future.So far, we have successfully implemented the design and implementation of wireless remote control system, and it has been carried out installation and testing of the terminal under different environments, and the main functions of the key technologies were further validated and improved. A large number of practice shows that our wireless remote control system is reliable, easy installation, suitable for the majority of environmental monitoring applications and is an important way to improve the on-site visual monitoring and management.
