Research On User-oriented Service Organization Of Digital Library Under The Environment Of Big Data

The 21st century is an era supported by knowledge and economy, the digital library itself is a huge knowledge base, and it has unique advantage in the creation and dissemination of knowledge. The nation is strongly supporting the development of information service industry. In the above background, digital library is also faced with situation of serving enterprise and society, so as to achieve the benefit maximization. In the meantime, with the rapid development of information technologies, for example Internet, Cloud computing, Internet of things, etc., and the popularity of various intelligent terminal, we are living in a era surrounded by data, that is big data era.Under the new environment, users’various information demands presents new characteristics, which are consistent with the new era, and it puts forward new requirements to the information service of digital library. That is to say, digital library should undertake the service promotion based on social network according to users’ demand during the user-oriented open service. To solve this problem, user-oriented service promotion of digital library must be studied to supply references for expanding the information service of digital library.In view of the fact that the information of digital library is faced up with big data, this paper will take this as the breakthrough point, and analyze the problems existing in the development of the information service of digital library from the digital network background, in order to improve the information service of digital library and provide better user-oriented service.This paper will be divided into six chapters, and the specific content is as below:The first chapter is introduction. Under the environment of big data and developing information technology, based on the digital library’s demand to organize the service in view of the user, according to the literature review at home and abroad, this paper will verify the starting point of this research and design the content framework.The second chapter is the analysis of the digital library users’demand and behaviors under the environment of big data. Beginning with the morphological change of users’ digital information demand in big data, this chapter will study the structure and mechanism of digital library users’demand about information. Influences of big data on users’information demand and actuating mechanism of the change of the service of digital library accordingly will be discussed in the following. Finally, this chapter will carry on the description of demand and the construction of user experience according to the characteristics of user-oriented service organization.The third chapter is the service orientation and platform collaboration implementation of digital library in view of the user. Firstly, the developing mechanism of the user-oriented information service of digital library in big data will be elaborated. Secondly, according to the elements of user-oriented service organization and the trends of platform service, this chapter will conduct the construction of the platform and the supporting environment. In the end, this chapter will study user-oriented service cooperation and promotion under the platform construction.The forth chapter is the systematic dynamics analysis towards the development of user-oriented service of digital library----dynamics modeling of the development of the information service of digital library in big data. Firstly, through the analysis of the concrete factors, this chapter will construct systematic dynamics model of the development of the information service of digital library in big data. Secondly, through stimulation of the model, this chapter will propose some countermeasures according to the trend of the development of the service of digital library.The fifth chapter is case analysis. Through the analysis of the national digital library knowledge link platform construction and service organization, based on the national digital library knowledge link platform, which is constructed by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, this chapter will proceed to analyze the construction and study user-oriented knowledge link service. In the end, this chapter will propose corresponding general measures to improve the platform service of digital library during the research of realistic problems.In the sixth chapter, summarization and outlook will be discussed. According to users’personalized demand and the request to the full use of the information during the user-oriented service propulsion of digital library, changes in view of the user must be realized in digital library. Relatively simple content matching service will be transformed to offer information aggregation and recommendation, which are consistent with users’ cognitive level. In the meanwhile, open development will be realized in digital library during the user-oriented service.
